I cook a lot. I’m not very good at deep frying but I pan fry, saute, and bake (both food and desserts). I don’t have a gourmet kitchen (heck, I don’t even have (my preference) a gas stove!
When I started focusing on being healthy (mind, body), I began to cook more food from scratch. Because this is a pretty big part of my life, I decided to throw in recipes or whatever…whenever.
